Set on the western side of Rissington Hill and surrounded by farmland and open countryside, the village has sweeping views of the Windrush valley between Bourton-on –the-Water and Burford. It comprises some 350 people, 150 houses, a primary school, an active sports and social club, a 12th century church and an Inn.
